RHLRabbit Hole Learning recognises that learning in short batches and through experimentation is the secret sauce for a continuous improvement and a learning culture. There are times though, where a deeply focused workshop is necessary,  specifically when a new knowledge scope and application need to be created collaboratively.

“When a new way of thinking meets an unsolved need the unthinkable can become the done. Anderson’s Kanban did this for workflow management. Marian Willeke’s Rabbit Hole Learning is a behavior-driven approach for a group to achieve its goals via tailor-made habits. It is versatile, working equally well in organizational transformation as in curriculum development. I believe it is the next big breakthrough to watch…and to use.”

Marian Willeke is the owner and principal of Rabbit Hole Learning as well as the lead facilitator for our highly interactive workshops. The outcome focus is always on tangible results that can be applied and continually built upon in the workplace.

These three workshop programs each contain a series of workshops that can greatly enhance the continuous improvement mindset as well as excellence in systemic sustainability. While workshops offered within these programs can be provided individually, taking the entire program provides a comprehension solution that will have long-term positive change.

EASE Program for Organisations from Marian Willeke
The EASE programme identifies root problems and creates a flexible roadmap to shift the behaviours necessary to achieve solutions for the identified problems. Additionally, we coach teams to find their unique path to achieve the necessary organisational solution.

The YES! programme addresses both sides of the corporate training coin where employees are shown practices to learn effectively from even the worst training and where trainers are shown practices to create sustainable and effective training without cognitive overload to the attendees.

The AGILE programme helps academic institutions shift to an adaptive, responsive mindset and adopt agile methodologies for a leaner and more effective academic systems cycle.
